i found the location excellent. the room i had was both clean and spacious. the staff were quite nice. the bathroom was very comfortable. everything felt good with the technology in the rooms. the staff members i interacted with were polite.
i wanted to see the roof top bar but was asked to wait in the lobby bar. i waited about twenty minutes to order a drink there and just when i had ordered, we were told we could go upstairs. we could not bring the drinks we ordered, however.

the front desk offered swift check-in. the concierge provided helpful information. housekeeping ensured daily cleanliness. room service delivered promptly. the staff seemed attentive and helpful at all times, this was AMAZING!!!

the breakfast was AMAZING. the heating in the room actually worked effectively and the control was easy to use.
i wanted to see the rooftop bar. i was asked to wait in the lobby bar but waited about twenty minutes to order a drink there. just when i had ordered, i could have GONE upstairs. HOWEVER, not with the drinks i ordered.. bad.

The staff helped me print some paperwork when i realized i had left my laptop at home. They also gave me several recommendations for local restaurants. The dome bar offers unique cocktails and is definitely worth a visit (i recommend it!).

mixed feelings about the stay
long waitrooftop bar
i was keen on seeing the rooftop bar , but the experience was a letdown. we had to wait in the lobby bar for about 20 minutes just to order drinks. then , right after ordering , we were told we could go upstairs , but not with the drinks we had just purchased. this meant visiting the rooftop bar without anything i actually wanted.
